Once you request an appointment, our team will follow up to confirm the details, answer your questions, and help you feel prepared. We will let you know what to expect at your visit and what to bring, such as your medical history, a list of medications, and your insurance information if applicable.
To help make your visit smoother, you may also be asked to complete your patient forms in advance. Croydon Dental accepts the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), and our team can help answer questions about coverage and next steps before your appointment.
